Generating an image uses credits from your weekly balance. Larger models, higher resolution and premium styles use more credits. Your balance refreshes at the start of every week, and unused credits do not carry over.

Your free credits come back at the start of the next week. A Pionare Pro subscription gives you a much larger weekly balance, every style and model, watermark-free exports and priority rendering.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they are managed on your device:

• Open the Settings app
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Pionare, then cancel or change your plan

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open Pionare, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. If it still does not activate, email us and we will sort it out.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, write to us as well and we will help.

Send us the prompt or a screenshot at info@pionare.app and tell us roughly when it happened, so we can find it in our logs.

Use the report option on the result screen, or email us with a screenshot. We review every report and remove content that breaks our rules.

Your inputs are sent to our image providers only to generate your result, and are never sold. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail, including how to ask us about your data.

Pionare is an iPhone app. If it will not install, check that your iOS version meets the minimum listed on the App Store page.
